Gorgeous RV park! Great location and friendly staff.
Terrible customer service. Had to wait several hours for assistance each to check in and to check out! No one is ever in the office and they never answer the "call for help" number on the window. Took 3 full days and multiple phone calls after I checked in to receive the WiFi password. The WiFi was then basically non existent. Could not even open Netflix with it. The cable is nothing but church and Spanish channels which barely work and it disconnects itself every hour or so. We will never stay here again!!!!
Our friends called and reserved two spaces, for us and them. No staff on the weekends, had to pay for the spaces in cash. That is not my real gripe, the gripe is that we asked for the wifi password and was told they couldn't give over the phone. Although it is on the website that there is wifi. When we asked why we were not given it before, office staff on call said "I figured you didn't need it". Don't advertise something is available if you don't intend for customers to use it. I have stayed in many RV parks before and this was less than enjoyable. Little to no hot water in the showers. Not going back
Best place to stay in Gonzales! Hands down!
Super Clean, Top Notch First Class Facilities, Friendly Staff. We've never found another RV Park as nice. Sure do miss this place.
