Very welcoming and awesome atmosphere. They make you feel like family and the servers are attentive. The food is incredible...I love homestyle food. I had the best experience. Will be back often.
Great food...best chicken fried steak in town, great burgers, shrimp, enchiladas, real fresh cut French fries, salad bar and all you can eat catfish on Fridays starting at 5:00 is delicious...everything is really good....we eat here several times a week....this is where the locals eat....
We went today for a late lunch/early dinner. I had the fried chicken strip meal, and husband had the chicken fried steak. They made our son a children's cheese quesadilla even though it's not on menu. His rice and beans were forgotten about, then delivered on a plate so hot they used towels to deliver it. For a three year old, it's unacceptable. The chicken strips weren't hand battered, but were acceptable as better quality frozen. The best part of the meal was the hand cut fries. It was affordable overall. We never were offered refills on our drinks, and sat empty for most of our meal. Overall, I'd give it another try if I was back in town.
Food was good. Nice salad bar. Service needs some serious improvements! Waiter never came back to ask how our food was. Finally brought us tea and just set the pitcher on the table. Even the girl who brought our food handed the plates to my daughter to pass out! Like they were too lazy to do their jobs. What a shame. And we were a group of 6. Still the food is good. So I gave 4 stars.
